1. Keep your ropes and handles out of the sun for extended periods of time. The sun deteriorates gear.
2. After riding in salt water, rinse your equipment with fresh water.
3. Before using, replace or have repaired any deteriorated parts of the rope and handles.
4. Before each ride, make sure there the rope is attached to the boat properly and there are no additional unwanted knots along the length of the rope.
5. Before storing your rope and handles for an extended period of time, make sure they are completely dry.
6. Keep your equipment in a cool, dry place.
7. To save yourself the hassle of untangling the ropes every time you get them out for use be sure to pack the ropes away neatly.

We uses Auspost for Small Orders, which include items like Life Jackets, Ropes/Handles, Snow Outerwear, Boots, Bindings, etc. For Large items such as Snowboards, Wakeboards, Waterskis, Kneeboards, Large Tubes, etc., we rely on StarTrack. We prioritize quick delivery, so all orders placed before 2 pm from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. Returns

At Trojan, we strive for customer satisfaction, and that includes our return policy. You have the option to return any product purchased from us, provided it is not faulty, within 60 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund. If the item is returned after 60 but within 365 days of purchase, a store credit will be issued. We accept returns of products in their original condition. Customers have the choice of receiving a refund (minus any shipping charges paid) or exchanging the item for a different product.
