  • Within 60 days — full refund or exchange on full-priced items in original, unused condition (refund excludes original shipping).
  • 61–365 days — return full-priced items for store credit or exchange.
  • Sale items — exchange or store credit within 365 days (not eligible for a cash refund).
  • Faulty gear — always covered (see below).

Returns guidelines

To be accepted, returned items must be:

  • Returned within 365 days of purchase (full refund within 60 days; store credit 61–365 days).
  • Unworn, unused and unaltered, in resaleable condition.
  • Complete with all original labels, barcodes and packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that don't meet these criteria can't be accepted and will be returned to you. Parcels over 1 m or bulky items must come back by courier rather than the portal — contact us and we'll sort it.

Refunds

Once we receive your return we'll process the refund within 3 business days to your original payment method (excluding original shipping). You'll get an email confirmation.

Faulty products

Gear is faulty if it arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within a reasonable time (usually 12 months). Wear and tear isn't a fault. Think something's faulty? Contact us — we'll help you sort it, including handling the manufacturer's warranty claim with you (see our Warranty page).

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy.
