This snowboard boasts a directional twin layout, UnderBite outline, sintered base, and a bamboo stringer core, all contributing to Helen’s distinctive imprint on the world of women’s snowboarding. Laura Sidoruk, the artistic mind behind this masterpiece, seamlessly weaved her personal vision of the circle of life and death into the design. “I wanted to represent the duality of life and death and the cyclical nature of our environments around us. To illustrate this, I chose wolves and greenery to symbolize life, and wolves with fungi along with pieces of skeleton showing to symbolize death and how everything returns back to the earth. Connecting the two wolves is a root-like thread, bringing us back to the life cycle that is continually occurring all around us no matter what. A small reminder that life is short and to shred extra hard ;) «

Board Shape:
Directional Volume Twin – As the lines between freeride and freestyle continue to erase, Yes. had to address the needs of those committed to riding twins but finding themselves in more pow. Symmetrical flex, centered stance, identical wide points of the board (therefore, NOT tapered), and identical shovel lengths but with a slightly lower volume tail.

Camber Profile:
CamRock 2-3-2– The response of camber with the floatability of rocker. Camber between your feet acts as a spring, keeping your contact points on the ground as you go in and out of turns and allowing you to keep that edge hold longer. Once compressed the camber will accentuate the rocker and lift the nose out more, allowing it to float.
Base:
Sintered True – True Sintered bases are harder and more expensive than extruded, and can be faster for those that ride aggressively.
Core:
Poplar / Paulownia / Bamboo – Creates a lighter, more responsive core than the Full Poplar. The Poplar + Bamboo uses the same durable core, lightens it up by replacing 30% of the Poplar with Paulownia and then inserts two bamboo stringers down the full length for added pop and response.

Underbite:
UnderBite – UnderBite edges re-distribute a rider’s weight in such a way that it enhances turning ease and edge hold. Creating divots inward at the binding area reduces and disrupts the surface area of the edge that has contact with the snow while the board is turning. This segmentation of the sidecut into 3 key zones focuses your body weight onto areas that initiate, hold and release turns.
